CRAFTSMANSHIP

In the times of our grandmothers, all food specialties were prepared by hand or with artisan machines, using only natural ingredients. A "ritual" that here at Sapori Antichi we renew every day, with a lot of passion, professionalism and above all with a lot of attention for quality.

TERRITORY INGREDIENTS

All the ingredients we use are subjected to a scrupulous selection before the actual preparation process.

BRONZE DRAWING

We have always used only bronze dies because this material, unlike the cheaper Teflon, allows to obtain a porous and rough paste that goes perfectly with any type of sauce.

OUR CERTIFICATION

BRC Global Standard

Since 1998 this certification for Food Safety guarantees that branded products are obtained according to well-defined quality standards necessary for export.

IFS Food

Processing of dried pasta of durum wheat semolina, egg, mixed with fresh ingredients (radicchio, parsley), dehydrated (spinach, turmeric, beetroot), liquids (cuttlefish ink, paprika, lemon); packaging in primary plastic film PP of 250 or 500 grams.
