Everything started in the 1996

The history of Sapori Antichi begins only in 2016, after the acquisition by Federico Soldati of the
historic Friulian company specialized in the production of colored pasta. At Villa Santina, a Friulian town
in the heart of Carnia, there are six different types of processing: from pasta, to rice, to sauces, infusions,
colored salts and polenta. In this short period, under the guidance of the owner Federico Soldati, the
company has achieved important results in terms of sales, with an exploit in the foreign markets of the
United States, Canada, England, Spain, France and Switzerland. Sapori Antichi products can be
purchased in the most prestigious gastronomy and Delikatessen Corner of the main European and
American cities. The most famous customers include Fauchon in Paris, Harrods, in London and El Corte
Ingles in Spain. In Italy we work with some of the largest large-scale retail chains, with selected customers
among the best shops in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino Alto Adige and Northern Italy in general, as well
as some of the finest delicatessens in Milan, Rome, Florence, Bologna and Venice. During 2017, thanks
to a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to make the colors and flavors of pasta made in Carnia
known throughout the world, Sapori Antichi also opened up to the eastern market, with new customers
from China and Japan.
